"Augustus II Rex Poloniae Et Elector Saxoniae 1712"

This heavy 24-pounder cannon with the coat of arms of Augustus II and the Royal Saxon Army emblems, saw actions during the Swedish-Saxonian wars.
Augustus II "the Strong" was Elector of Saxony from 1694 as well as King of Poland and Grand Duke of Lithuania in the years 1697–1706 and from 1709 until his death in 1733. A similar cannon can be found in the Hohkönigsburg (Haut-Kœnigsbourg) castle.
