An exquisite rare and massive cannon model, in an estimated 1:5 scale, probably made by the end of XIX, early XX century. It depicts a late 17th Century 12-pdr fieldpiece cannon with a nicely aged patina bronze barrel shaped as a truncated cone, with moulded muzzle, provided with acanthus leaf-shaped handles, cylindrical trunnions with vent hole. Cascabel knob of spherical shape. Movable, wooden shaft with massive rayed wheels and iron mounts. Total
